in short, i phoned a lawyer and i have a good case, they have been illegally deducting a premium from my account on my late husband's name, so basically billing me for a policy that was stopped in 2009, and so my uncle (Alwyn Griebenow) says it is fraud and if they do not pay me back before next wednesday we will sue

I too know nothing in this field but i do know at my last company we would not stop collecting money unless we recieved a death certificate from the account holder. If you sent that through to them then yeah you are entitled to that money i dont think suing is agood idea as it will cost you a lot and you might walk off with nothing !

no, i sued them before lol, what happened was they didnt want to pay out Quinton's funeral policy, so i took on legal action, got them to pay out, this policy is the provider plan policy, i asked them for the docs to fill in and they said point blank that they wont send me docs, coz the will not pay it out, so i asked them again to send me the docs, i sent in his death sertificate again and they told me they will not pay the policy out and that it was closed, today i go into my inernet banking and draw a statement, and guess what , i see the premium from hollard that went off last night. they have deducted every month since he passed away.

so i phoned them, spoke to a manager, and threatened to sue, she went thru everything, now they want to send me the docs so that they can pay my claim.

i'd rather sue them, i can add emotional suffering for them causing me all this trauma blah blaah
