Anybody here use DropBox
In short its an secure online backup folder, but it also allows you to share stuff online(like picture albums) by just dropping it to a folder on your pc.
I use it to synchronize stuff between my work pc and home pc

Either way I currently have 2.5 GB space but for every person I refer that signs up I get an extra 250MB

Not very secure considering you have no control over the security...just a password and without proper management of folders everyone will have full access to the contents of your Dropbox folder

Not very secure considering you have no control over the security...just a password and without proper management of folders everyone will have full access to the contents of your Dropbox folder

yeah not for me then. rather make a VPN in to work PC.

Unfortunately, the idea seems powerful, useful and simple but in a corporate environment it's not worth the risk - at least thats what we experienced
