Indeed I do, I wanna get fit and stuff, and whenever I watch MMA the guys are all slim and trim...

I don't wanna actually fight competitively or anything, just wanna do the training and sparing and stuff...

I train in sunninghill at fight fit militia and there are lots fo guys that do the sport just for the workout and not to actually fight it is crazy fitness but also good fun let me know what area is closest to you and i can try find a gym in that area !

i must pick my lazy **gluteus maximus** up off the ground and join cobra.
i heard from the doc yesterday, i have bruising in my bone and that means no running or sport for the next 4 months so need a new type of fitness training.
